Start here
A short call to hear what's driving you up the wall. You leave knowing whether we can help and roughly what it would take.
What happens
We get on a call — video or phone, your choice — and you walk us through the part of your week that shouldn't be as hard as it is. We ask questions, poke at the workflow, and tell you honestly whether it's a quick fix, a real project, or something you're better off leaving alone. You get our read either way, and there's nothing to sign at the end of it.
Then this
We sit with how you actually work, map where the time goes, and hand you a plain-language plan of what to fix first.
What you get
A working session with the people who actually do the work, followed by a written plan you can read without a technical background. It maps each step of the process, flags where time and handoffs disappear, and ranks the fixes by what they'd cost versus what they'd give back. It's yours to keep — use it with us, in-house, or with anyone else.
Most common
One annoying process, gone. The report nobody wants to build, the handoff that lives in email, the data that gets retyped twice.
What's included
We take one specific process and build the fix end to end: the automation, the integration, the AI-assisted step — whatever the job needs. Scope and price are agreed before any work starts, we build on the tools you already pay for rather than adding another subscription, and we handle setup and handoff with your team. Thirty days of adjustments are included after launch.
Bigger swing
When the spreadsheet has outgrown itself. A real tool your team opens every day, built around how they already work.
What's included
A real internal tool, built for how your team actually works — not a template with your logo on it. We start from an efficiency plan, then build in visible stages so you can steer before anything is locked in. It connects to the systems you already run, and you own the code and the data outright. Ongoing support is available but never required.
Figures marked placeholder are stand-ins — swap them for your real numbers before this goes live. Scope changes get discussed before they get billed.
